Warranty & Support
Every product carries a 1-year warranty. For help, email service@zessqaa.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID and product model.
Contact our support team first at +1 555-700-0300 or submit a claim at our warranty claims page. We'll diagnose the issue and arrange repair or replacement within the warranty period.
Scan the QR code on the card inside your product box, or go to zessqaa.com/activate directly. Fill in your details and you're covered. Your warranty is active regardless of registration — but registering unlocks priority support and owner benefits.
Orders & Delivery
Free standard delivery usually reaches most Indian pin codes in 3–6 days. Flipkart and Amazon orders follow the delivery estimate shown on those platforms.
Check your order confirmation email for a tracking link. For Flipkart or Amazon orders, track directly in the respective app. Can't find your confirmation? WhatsApp us your order ID at +1 555-700-0300 and we'll look it up.
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes, along with UPI, cards and net banking. Website orders also include 7-day replacement for eligible damaged, defective or incorrect products.
Returns & Refunds
Website orders have a 7-day return window from delivery date. Product must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. Defective products are eligible for replacement or full refund within the warranty period. Flipkart and Amazon orders follow their own return policies.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are transferred to your bank account via UPI or NEFT — we'll contact you to collect details.
