Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zessqaa purchase. If you are not, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@zessqaa.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9312226771 with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items returned without original packaging
Warranty Claims
All Zessqaa products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us at support@zessqaa.com with your order number and a description of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- If the claim is approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund
The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage due to electrical faults in the vehicle.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zessqaa.com with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
