By using zessqaa.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Products and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time; a change never affects an order already paid for. We try to describe every product accurately. If a product is not as described, our Refund Policy applies.

3. Orders

We may cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, a pricing error or lack of stock. If we cancel, we tell you and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

4. Payment

All orders are paid online at checkout. Payments are processed by Cashfree; we never see or store your card details.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, belongs to Zessqaa and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zessqaa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or this website, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Complaints and grievances

Grievance Officer

If a problem is not sorted out to your satisfaction, write to our Grievance Officer with the subject line "Grievance" and your order number. We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer commissions in New Delhi have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach the consumer commission where you live.
