Zessqaa products are backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. If something goes wrong, we want the process to be clear, fair, and responsive.

How It Works

Step 1 -- Fill the Warranty Claim Form

Use the form below to submit your claim. Include your order number, product model, a clear description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible. Complete requests get faster responses.

Step 2 -- We Review

Our team reviews warranty requests within 2 working days and tells you the next step -- whether that is troubleshooting, return pickup, repair, or replacement.

Step 3 -- Resolution

Once the product reaches us and the issue is verified, we aim to resolve the claim within 7 working days.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Amplifier or electronic failure under normal use
• Component failure caused by a verified manufacturing fault

What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage from improper installation or misuse
• Water or moisture damage
• Damage caused by electrical faults in the vehicle
• Products modified or repaired by unauthorised parties
